Carrying on Business. The Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries shall own, maintain and repair or reconstruct the Principal Property and all other Assets, including licences, permits and intellectual property, necessary to operate the Business and directly receive all revenues associated therewith and shall at all times carry on and conduct the Business in a proper, efficient and businesslike manner and in accordance with good business practices so as to comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and preserve and protect the revenues thereof.
