Carrying out the assignment. 2.1. The Services will be carried out by the Consultant in full autonomy through his own organization of means and time. The Consultant will operate without constraints of subordination, timetable and in absolute freedom in identifying the methods and times for carrying out the Services, without prejudice to the achievement of the above objectives.
Carrying out the assignment. 1. The Contractor shall determine how and by which person(s) the assignment shall be carried out but shall take into account the wishes announced by the Principal wherever possible.
