Carryover of Funds. Funds allocated to DERBY pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 may be carried over for a maximum of 2 years from start of federal fiscal year of grant, unless terminated earlier.
Carryover of Funds. Funds allocated to XXXXXX pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 may be carried over for a maximum of 2 years from start of federal fiscal year of grant, unless terminated earlier.
Carryover of Funds. Notwithstanding any provision of this agreement, there shall be unlimited carryover of any unexpended contract funds from one contract year to the next. Any remaining funds at the end of the contract term shall carry over into the successor agreement. This provision shall apply to all contractual funds including but not limited to the Professional Development, the Tuition Reimbursement fund, the Health and Safety fund.
Carryover of Funds. Funds allocated to COUNTY pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 may be carried over.
Carryover of Funds i. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary and to the extent permitted by law, Satellite District can carryover funds from the previous fiscal year without it reducing the next year’s reimbursement but may not supplant with carryover funds.
ii. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary and to the extent permitted by law, Satellite District can build a reserve to fund a more expensive program need that cannot be paid for with just one year’s reimbursement so long as Satellite District adopts a plan for such a reserve, such a plan would incorporate ADE program requirements for the CTE area, and Satellite District submits the plan to VACTE for review.
Carryover of Funds. All funds paid to an Indian tribe in accordance with a compact or funding agreement shall re- main available until expended. In the event that an Indian tribe elects to carry over funding from 1 year to the next, such carryover shall not xx- xxxxxx the amount of funds the Indian tribe is authorized to receive under its funding agree- ment in that or any subsequent fiscal year.
Carryover of Funds. Funds allocated to XXXXXX pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of this Agreement may be carried over a maximum of two (2) years from the start of the federal fiscal year of the grant, unless terminated earlier. Future Allocation of 5307 Funds. Based on the amount of carryover funds available and the availability of Section 5307 funds, XXXXXX may be subject to less apportionment than the FTA portion available for allocation in a Fiscal Year. This will be determined during the annual planning meeting.
Carryover of Funds. Recipients are required to submit a separate Carryover Application for the unobligated balances remaining from funds awarded in one budget period to be carried over to the next succeeding budget period. This submission is due to the DHS Grants Officer and DHS Program Manager 90 days prior to budget period expiration (e.g., March 31) and is a best estimate at the budget period expiration from the recipient (lead university and all sub-recipients). The Program Officer will review the Carryover justification, in consultation with the DHS Grants Officer, and provide input to the Grants Officer that the justification is reasonable and the carryover funds should be used to complete any objectives which remain unmet from the prior budget period. Requests for carryover of funds from one Budget Period to the next Budget Period shall be submitted separately via email to the DHS Grants Officer with an SF 424 (R&R) face page and shall include:

In the event the Tribe elects to carry over funding from one year to the next, such carryover shall not diminish the amount of funds Eastern Shoshone is authorized to receive under its Funding Agreement in that or any subsequent fiscal year. 25 U.S.C. § 5388(i). Any funds and the corresponding PSFAs (or portions thereof) that are carried over will be expended in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Funding Agreement in effect at the time of the expenditure and will not be subject to the provisions of any previous funding agreements.
