Developer shall offer a minimum of one (1) parking space free of charge to a car sharing service, if such a service is available from a third-party provider on terms mutually and reasonably acceptable to such third- party provider and the Developer (including a reasonable indemnification as well as reasonable insurance from the car share provider).
