Recycling Carts definition

Recycling Carts means the carts purchased and distributed by the Grantee on behalf of the City for the intended use as a receptacle for recyclable materials for Residential and Multifamily Dwelling customers. Commercial customers may also use Recycling Carts as receptacles for recyclable materials at the customer option. The purchase, provision, maintenance, and replacement of these carts shall be the responsibility of the Grantee at no additional cost to the City.
Recycling Carts means the 65 or 95 gallon carts provided to the Village/Town by the Contractor. For Single Family Residential Units. Contactor shall furnish “Dumpsters” for all Multi Family and Trailer Park (See attached Exhibit 2 for locations), with placement coordinated between successful contractor and the owner/management of the complex.
Recycling Carts means those containers with a capacity of 32 gallons to 96 gallons which are supplied by Republic for automated Collection of Designated Recyclables.

  • All hot-stamp, label text and designs for Solid Waste Carts, Yard Waste Carts and Recycling Carts must be approved by the Environmental Manager prior to ordering anduse.

If the recycling volume is sufficient, upon request of an Account Holder, CONTRACTOR shall provide a recycling Dumpster instead of or in addition to Recycling Carts.

  • All Recycling Carts shall be capable of being emptied by mechanical equipment.

  • Recycling center means an establishment, place of business, facility or building which is maintained, operated, or used for the storing, keeping, buying, or selling of newspaper or used food or beverage containers or plastic containers for the purpose of converting such items into a usable product.

  • Packing means the activities required to wrap and protect an article, properly place the article in appropriate carton or box, and stow the article and its carton or box in a lift van of sufficient size and constructed in accordance with post specifications; includes obtaining customs clearances and required documentation for shipment, via surface or air as appropriate.

  • Recyclable means material that can be sorted, cleansed, and reconstituted using the City’s available recycling collection programs for the purpose of using the altered form in the manufacture of a new product. Recycling does not include burning, incinerating, converting, or otherwise thermally destroying solid waste.

  • Recycler means a person who:

  • Recycled water or “reclaimed water” means treated or recycled waste water of a quality suitable for non-potable uses such as landscape irrigation and water features. This water is not intended for human consumption.

  • Cartridge means a pleated or surface-type filter component with fixed dimensions that is designed to remove suspended particles from water flowing through the filter.

  • Wastewater Treatment Works means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes, and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "waste treatment plant" or "wastewater treatment plant" or "pollution control plant".

  • Automotive windshield washer fluid means any liquid designed for use in a motor vehicle windshield washer system either as an antifreeze or for the purpose of cleaning, washing, or wetting the windshield. Automotive windshield washer fluid does not include fluids placed by the manufacturer in a new vehicle.

  • Transportation means any land, sea or air conveyance required to Transport the Insured during an Emergency Evacuation. Transportation includes, but is not limited to, air ambulances, land ambulances and private motor vehicles.

"Sewage sludge" includes, but is not limited to, scum or solids removed in primary, secondary, or advanced wastewater treatment processes. "Sewage sludge" does not include ash generated during the firing of sewage sludge in a sewage sludge incinerator, grit and screenings generated during preliminary treatment of domestic sewage in a treatment works, animal manure, residue generated during treatment of animal manure, or domestic septage.
