Caseload Limits. Maximum caseload for an RSP teacher will be 27 eligible students whenever the RSP teacher provides services solely at one site. Whenever an RSP teacher is tasked with providing services at more than one site, their maximum caseload must instead be 26 eligible students.

Caseload Limits. Public Defender will accept all caseloads for Bremerton misdemeanor cases, except cases in which there is a conflict of interest, and following six to eight months after the beginning of the term of this Agreement, shall review the case assignments with the City to evaluate and establish caseload limits, whether on a weighted basis or not, to meet the new case limit requirements set forth in Exhibit A.

No speech language pathologist shall have a caseload of more than 30 students. i. SLPs serving in self-contained classrooms (i.e. specialized programs) shall not have a caseload of more than 20 students. c. Autism specialists shall not have a caseload of more than 30 students. d. Elementary ELL and ELD educators shall not have a caseload of more than 30 students. e. Secondary ELL and ELD shall not have a caseload of more than 50 students. 5. Ratios a. School psychologists shall be allocated to worksites at a ratio of 1 per 500 students. b. Counselors shall be allocated to worksites at a ratio of 1 per 250 students. c. Social workers shall be allocated to worksites at a ratio of 1 per 250 students. d. Nurses shall be allocated across worksites at a ratio of 1 per 750 students.

Related to Caseload Limits

  • Minimum Scope and Limits of Insurance Contractor shall provide coverage with limits of liability not less than those stated below.

  • Aggregate Limits of Liability The basic coverage limits of liability may be subject to annual aggregate limits. If this is the case the annual aggregate limits of liability must be at least two (2) times the limits required for each policy, or the aggregate may equal the limits required but must apply separately to this Agreement.
