Common use of CASELOAD STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

CASELOAD STANDARDS. 5 ADMINISTRATOR may, at its sole discretion, modify the caseload and 6 supervision standards, as referenced in this Paragraph 4 of this Exhibit A, 7 without reducing the level of service to be provided by CONTRACTOR and/or 8 exceeding maximum contract obligation.
