Common use of Cash Access Clause in Contracts

Cash Access. With your PIN, you may use your Card to obtain cash from any ATM or any Point‐of‐Sale (“POS”) device, if and as permitted by the relevant merchant, bearing an acceptance xxxx displayed on the Card.
