Transaction Fees The State of Florida, through the Department of Management Services, has instituted MyFloridaMarketPlace, a statewide eProcurement system pursuant to section 287.057(22), F.S. All payments issued by Customers to registered Vendors for purchases of commodities or contractual services will be assessed Transaction Fees as prescribed by rule 60A-1.031, F.A.C., or as may otherwise be established by law. Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.
Cash Advance Fee If you request a Cash Advance, in addition to the Interest Charge which will accrue on the Cash Advance, you agree to pay a fee of three percent (3%) of the amount of the Cash Advance subject to a minimum fee of $10.00.
Historical Transaction Amounts For each of the two years ended 31 December 2021 and 2022 and the six months ended 30 June 2023, the historical transaction amounts paid by Poly Developments and Holdings Group to the Group in respect of property management services under the 2021-2023 Property Management Services Framework Agreements were RMB197.9 million, RMB202.5 million and RMB80.3 million, respectively.
Funding of Gross Settlement Amount Defendant shall fully fund the Gross Settlement Amount, and also fund the amounts necessary to fully pay Defendant’s share of payroll taxes by transmitting the funds to the Administrator no later than 14 days after the Effective Date.
Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.
Transaction Fee In connection with the creation or redemption of Creation Units, the Transfer Agent shall charge, and the Participant agrees to pay, the Transaction Fee prescribed in the Prospectus and such additional amounts as may be prescribed pursuant to the Prospectus. See Appendix L for details related to the boundaries of the above-mentioned metropolitan areas. The metropolitan areas also include any location outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for two (2) or more consecutive meals shall be reimbursed for the actual costs of the meals up to the combined maximum reimbursement amount for the eligible meals.
Advance Payments Payments made by the Borrower to satisfy future installments must be accounted for as prepaid installments of principal and interest. The Servicer should contact the Borrower if there is a question about the Borrower's intention in making any unscheduled payment.
