Cash Advance. Buyer agrees to provide Seller certain cash advances in accordance with Exhibit G. The amounts reflected in Exhibit G represent the parties' best estimate of shipments to occur during the period specified; in the event actual shipments vary from those set forth in Exhibit G, the amounts will be adjusted accordingly.
