Balance Transfers. We may allow you to transfer balances from other credit card accounts with third parties (but not us or our affiliates) to your Credit Card Account. We may limit the number and types of credit card accounts from which we will allow you to transfer balances and the times, amounts, manner and circumstances in which balance transfers may be requested. See the Interest Rates and Fee Schedule on the card mailer for Balance Transfer fee details.
Balance Transfers. Balance transfers are treated as cash advances. There is no grace period for payments on balance transfers. If you transfer a balance from another financial institution to us, you will immediately incur finance charges at the regular or promotional APR available at the time of the balance transfer and on purchases at the purchase APR. For instance if you transfer $1,000 at a promotional rate of 0% APR and then make a purchase of $200, you will immediately accrue finance charges at the purchase rate, forgoing the grace period. To avoid finance charges on new purchases after you transfer a balance, you must pay all balances on your account including any balances that you transfer in full by the due date.
Balance Transfers. Finance charges will be imposed on the aggregate balance including all Balance Transfers as described in Section 7 of this part C (below), starting on the date of the Balance Transfer and lasting until paid in full.
Balance Transfers. We may permit you to transfer balances and obligations that you owe other companies or financial institutions to your Account, subject to the terms and conditions disclosed in the Offer Materials (“Balance Transfers”). Balance Transfers will post to your Account and be separately reflected on monthly Account statements as a Balance Transfer, or, depending upon the offer, may post to the Account and be treated as a Purchase or an Advance. We will, in connection with any Balance Transfer offer we make, provide you with materials that explain how the Balance Transfer will post to your Account and be reflected on monthly Account statements. You may not request Balance Transfers on existing obligations you owe us or our affiliates. If you request a Balance Transfer that would cause your Account to exceed its Revolve Limit, we may, at our option, (a) post the entire Balance Transfer requested to your Account; (b) post only a portion of the Balance Transfer requested to your Account up to the amount of credit available under the Revolve Limit; or (c) refuse to process the entire amount of the Balance Transfer requested.
Balance Transfers. You may use your Card to transfer balances from other accounts to your Card with us (“Balance Transfer”). You may request a Balance Transfer by completing the balance transfer portion of the credit application, by completing and returning to us one of the balance transfer requests forms we may send you from time to time, or by writing or telephoning us. Interest begins to accrue as of the date a balance transfer is posted to your account. You agree that you will not make Balance Transfers payable to cash, to you, to any individual, to a deposit account, or to any BECU loan account and, if you do make any such Balance Transfer, BECU reserves the right to convert the transaction to a Cash Advance.
Balance Transfers. Balance Transfers on the account that do not exceed the account’s Credit Limit may be obtained by the Cardholder. We will advise you of your credit limit in writing and it will become part of this agreement by reference. FINANCE CHARGES will accrue on all Balance Transfers from the date the transfer is made on the Cardholder’s account until the Transfer is paid in full.
Balance Transfers. You can request a balance transfer to your Account. You may not use a balance transfer to pay off other debts to us. You may only make a balance transfer to pay accounts in your name. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to process your balance transfer request. During that time, you should continue making payments to those accounts. Transaction Fees apply. You will not earn any rewards points or cash back rebates on a balance transfer.
Balance Transfers. You may use your Account to transfer balances from other accounts to your Account with us (a “Balance Transfer”). You may request a balance transfer by completing the balance transfer portion of the credit application, by completing and returning to us one of the balance transfer requests forms we may send you from time to time, by writing a Balance Transfer check we may send you or by writing or telephoning us. When you request a balance transfer, we will write our check or transfer funds to your other creditor. The amount of our check or funds transfer will be the amount of your Balance Transfer. Balance Transfers are treated as Purchases rather than Cash Advances for most purposes under this Agreement. However, interest charges may begin to accrue as of the date a balance transfer is posted to your Account. Balance Transfer transactions will not be processed if made payable to cash, to you, to any individual, to a deposit account, or to a State Farm Bank credit card account. If such a Balance Transfer is processed, State Farm Bank reserves the right to convert the transaction to a Cash Advance. We will establish a credit limit for your Account from time to time. Your initial credit limit is shown on the card carrier. Your current credit limit will be shown on each monthly statement of your Account. The total amount of credit outstanding on your Account at any time must not be more than your then current credit limit. We may also establish at any time a separate credit limit (as a sub-limit within the overall credit limit for your Account) for Cash Advances. If we do, your outstanding Cash Advances balance of your Account must not exceed the Cash Advances credit limit at any time. We may set similar separate sub-limits for other portions of your Account balance. We may change your credit limit or sub-limits from time to time. We will attempt to notify you if we do, but the change may be effective before you receive notice. If you request credit in any form which, if granted, would cause either your total outstanding balance or your Cash Advances balance or other applicable sub-limit (including, in either case, transactions authorized but not yet posted to your Account) to exceed your credit limit, your Cash Advances credit limit, or any other credit sub-limit we establish for your Account, whether or not those balances were more than the respective credit limits before the request, we may, refuse to honor the request or in our sole discretion, we may hon...
Balance Transfers. Subject to your available Credit Limit, you can request a balance transfer to your Card Account. You may not use a balance transfer to pay off any other accounts you have with the Bank. You may only make a balance transfer to accounts that list you as an account holder. Allow 4 to 6 weeks to process your balance transfer request, during which time you should continue to make payments to those accounts. You will not earn any rewards points or cash back on a balance transfer.
Balance Transfers. A balance transfer (a Balance Transfer) occurs if we have approved the transfer to your Card Account of all or part of an outstanding balance owing by you on a credit, charge account or loan with ATB or with another credit card issuer or financial institution designated by you (the Payee). Balance Transfers are subject to your available Business Credit Limit. If a Balance Transfer exceeds your available credit, it may not be processed. You cannot instruct a stop payment on a Balance Transfer. A Balance Transfer is charged to your Card Account as a Cash Advance and is subject to interest at your current Cash Advance annual interest rate from (and including) the date the amount is recorded on the Card Account (as indicated by the post date on the Statement) and any applicable fees indicated in the Rate and Fee Schedule. You can request a Balance Transfer by calling us or through ATB’s online service. You can also request Cheques for use with Balance Transfers and then make a Balance Transfer by using one of those Cheques. If you or a Cardholder asks us to make a Balance Transfer, you authorize us to verify the status and balance of such other account. We will process Balance Transfers within 3 to 5 business days of the request being received; however we cannot control when the Payee will credit your account with them (that is, your account with whom you have the outstanding debt). You will still be responsible for paying any amounts you owe to the Payee both before and after we add the Balance Transfer to your Card Account. We are not responsible for any charges that may be imposed by the Payee as a result of paying the Balance Transfer on your behalf, any delays with respect to paying the Balance Transfer or for any other matters related to such other account with the Payee.
