Common use of CASH Card Clause in Contracts

CASH Card. “CASH Card” is a single-source digital Debit Mastercard that you may generate from your Card Account in an amount that you set on the MOVO mobile app in order to provision funds to digital wallet services such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay or to make purchases on the internet or over the telephone adding an extra layer of security to your Card Account. A CASH Card can only be used for the single purpose for which it was created as designated by you in the MOVO mobile app. A CASH Card may not be used to withdraw cash from a retailer or to transfer to another person. A CASH Card will remain active through its expiration date, unless cancelled by you (Annual renewal fee will apply – see Schedule of Fees A). If the CASH Card is cancelled, any remaining funds can only be returned to the primary card account.
