Cash Management Order. Keep the Cash Management Order in effect at all times on and after the Closing Date and such orders of the Canadian Court recognizing the Cash Management Order, in effect at all times following their entry.

Cash Management Order. The Bankruptcy Court shall have entered a cash management order in form and substance acceptable to the Majority Lenders in their sole discretion, and such order shall be in full force and effect and shall not have been stayed, vacated, reversed, amended or otherwise modified without the prior written consent of the Majority Lenders in their sole discretion.
