Common use of Cash Retention Award Clause in Contracts

Cash Retention Award. The Company hereby awards to the Participant, as of the Award Date indicated below, a cash retention award (the “Award”) entitling the Participant to a cash amount that is earned if the Participant meets the Service-vesting requirements set forth in this Agreement.
