Cashiers Checks. 44.1 In the event that any check given to Lessor by Lessee shall not be honored by the bank upon which it is drawn on two or more occasions during any twelve (12) month period, then Lessor, at its option may require all future payments to be made by Lessee under this Lease to be made by Cashier's Checks.
