Consent to Monitoring and Recording. You provide your express consent to our monitoring and recording of our conversations and other communications with you. Your consent applies to our monitoring and recording of telephone conversations, electronic messages, electronic records, or other data transmissions between you and us regarding your accounts, loans, or other products and services offered by us. Your consent applies regardless of whether you or we initiated the contact. Unless required by applicable law, you agree we can rely on your consent to monitor and record our communications provided herein and we are not obligated to notify you of each time prior to our recording. We monitor and record conversations and communications for quality control, fraud prevention, and training purposes.

Consent to Monitoring and Recording. You understand that we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, monitor or tape record telephone conversations with you, and you consent to such monitoring or recording. We are not required to record all telephone conversations and do not guarantee that recordings of any particular telephone conversation will be retained or are capable of being retrieved. You acknowledge that we do not accept orders left on voicemail and you agree not to leave any instructions for us on voicemail to enter a securities transaction for you.

Your consent applies regardless of whether you or we initiated the contact. Unless required by applicable law, you agree we can rely on your consent to monitor and record our communications provided herein and we are not obligated to notify you of each time prior to our recording. We monitor and record conversations and communications for quality control, fraud prevention, training, and other purposes. You acknowledge and agree that all recordings are solely our property. We have no obligation to provide copies of recordings to you.

  • Monitoring and Recording COMMUNICATIONS - We may monitor and record communications between you and us, including telephone conversations, electronic messages, electronic records, or other data transmissions that affect your accounts or other products and services. Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, you agree we may monitor and record such communications without your approval or further notice to you.

  • Telephone Monitoring and Recording You consent to and authorize us and any of our affiliates, agents and marketing associates to monitor and/or record any of your telephone conversations with any of our or their representatives for quality control, training and other lawful purposes.

  • Reporting and Monitoring Please provide a brief description of the mechanisms proposed for this project for reporting to the UNDP and partners, including a reporting schedule.

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.

  • Accounting and Recording (1) The Warrant Agent shall promptly account to the Corporation with respect to Warrants exercised, and shall promptly forward to the Corporation (or into an account or accounts of the Corporation with the bank or trust company designated by the Corporation for that purpose), all monies received by the Warrant Agent on the subscription of Warrant Shares through the exercise of Warrants. All such monies and any securities or other instruments, from time to time received by the Warrant Agent, shall be received in trust for, and shall be segregated and kept apart by the Warrant Agent, the Warrantholders and the Corporation as their interests may appear

  • Monitoring and Review 5.1 The Council and the BID Company shall set up the Standard Services Review Panel within 28 days from the date of this Agreement the purpose of which shall be to:
