Castle & Xxxxx Customer Care Program and Agreement. Seller will also provide additional services and repairs for the Unit (over and above its warranty obligations under the Limited Warranty Agreement) on the terms and conditions set forth in the Castle & Xxxxx Customer Care Program and Agreement (“Customer Care Agreement”) in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B as a specimen, which will be executed by Seller and Buyer at closing. The Customer Care Agreement does not provide additional warranties to Buyer. It does, however, specify certain items for which Seller will provide additional services and repair for specified periods up to one year after the “Commencement Date” referred to in the Customer Care Agreement.
