Sellers Warranty and Customer Care Program. (a) Home Builder’s Limited Warranty. Seller will provide a ten (10) year limited warranty covering “Construction Defectsrelating to the Unit. The terms and conditions of this limited warranty will be set forth in the Limited Warranty Agreement. The Limited Warranty Agreement defines the scope of “Construction Defects”, will govern and control the terms of the limited warranty, and will supersede any and all other written or oral warranties, representations or promises as to the Unit. All warranties with respect to the Unit are contained in the Limited Warranty Agreement, and Seller provides no other warranties.

  • Customer Care a) Contractor shall comply with the applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and provide culturally competent customer service to all Covered California Enrollees in accordance with the applicable provisions of 45 C.F.R. § 155.205 and § 155.210, which refer to consumer assistance tools and the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate information and related products.

  • Business Customers These Terms and Conditions apply to business customers only.

  • Billing and Collection Customers BellSouth currently has in effect numerous billing and collection agreements with various interexchange carriers and billing clearing houses and as such these billing and collection customers (“B&C Customers”) query BellSouth’s LIDB to determine whether to accept various billing options from End Users. Until such time as BellSouth implements in its LIDB and its supporting systems the means to differentiate Cellutell Communications, Inc.’s data from BellSouth’s data, the following shall apply:

Position specific competencies: ESSENTIAL DESIRABLE Education and Qualifications (or equivalent level of learning) • Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand. • Hold a current Nursing Council of New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate. • Competent Professional Development and Recognition Programme (PDRP) profile/portfolio or equivalent. Experience • One years’ post graduate (Nurse Entry to Practice or equivalent) experience, or be undertaking this currently. • Please refer to area specific person specification if applicable. • Experience in an equivalent clinical setting to which you are being employed into. Knowledge and Skills • Advanced communication techniques such as conflict resolution, diffusion and mediation skills. • Demonstrate professional accountability within scope of practice.

  • Customer Cooperation 3.2.1. Customer shall provide and make available all Customer personnel as may be further addressed in an applicable Order Form or that SAP reasonably requires in connection with performance of the Services.

  • SUPPLIER’S WARRANTIES 7.1 Supplier warrants that the Goods:

  • Vendor’s Resellers as Related to This Agreement Vendor’s Named Resellers under this Agreement shall comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement and all addenda or incorporated documents. All actions related to sales by Authorized Vendor’s Resellers under this Agreement are the responsibility of the Awarded Vendor.
