CASUALTY NOTIFICATION. 2. The Contractor is to ensure that all personnel employed as part of the OOH team are familiar with the following terms used in casualty notification by the MoD. The action to be taken when assessing patients under the following categories should be to notify the duty military Doctor in the first instance (or the orderly Officer). In the event of any serious damage to any part of the Property, Property Manager shall telephone Owner so that an insurance adjustor may view the damage before repairs are started. Property Manager shall telephone Owner immediately if any hazardous substances or other contaminants are released on, about, under or in the vicinity of the Property. Property Manager shall not settle any losses, complete loss reports or adjust losses on behalf of Owner or meet with any federal, state or local regulatory agency without the prior consent of Owner.

Incapacitating Illness (II). Should any patient fall into these categories, the respective Unit must be informed at the earliest opportunity.
