Notice of Loss definition

Notice of Loss shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 14.2(c) hereof.
Notice of Loss means a written notice given by the Mint or the Customer in accordance with Sub-Clause 12(b) informing the other party of the discovery of loss, destruction and/or damage of Precious Metals, and specifying the date upon which such loss, destruction and/or damage was discovered.
Notice of Loss means a report provided by the Insured, on a form supplied by AFSC, that contains information required by AFSC pertaining to the loss experienced by the Insured.

Notice of Loss is defined in Section 10.01(c).
