This pricing may be utilized for any additional items that may be required during the contract. Current purchasing laws do not allow the City to enter into a “Cost Plus Percentage of Cost” type contract. Therefore, the City requests that all parts and materials be provided either at a specified discount from the Manufacturer’s Printed Price List or at actual cost.
