Catalog Revisions. The Contractor shall use the appropriate form to request changes to the items listed above and shall submit the form to the Department for review and approval. Only the above listed provisions can be made without a formal Contract amendment. General Contract Conditions, section 42 of the PUR 1000, apply to all other modifications to the Contract.
