CATALOGS AND PRICE SHEETS. Catalogs and price lists shall be provided in accordance with the terms of the Master Contract. Upon request, Contractor shall also assist Authorized Users in the use of such documents.

CATALOGS AND PRICE SHEETS. Upon request, Contractor shall furnish, without charge, copies of Master Contract including modifications thereto and related catalogs and price lists to New York State agencies and other authorized users. Upon request, contractor shall also assist authorized users in the use of such documents.
CATALOGS AND PRICE SHEETS. The Contractor shall provide, at no charge, to any requestor, catalogs and price sheets for all product lines offered.
CATALOGS AND PRICE SHEETS. Contractor shall be required to furnish, without charge, catalogs and price lists containing all product offerings and pricing accepted with its bid, upon request of an Authorized User. Catalogs and price lists shall contain product information and pricing identical to that accepted with the Contractor’s bid. Contractor shall include any changes (additions, deletions, etc.) in its catalogs and price lists, as applicable. Catalogs and price lists may be furnished in either hard-copy or electronic format. If available in both formats, they shall be furnished in the format preferred by the requesting Authorized User. Upon request, Contractor shall assist Authorized Users in the use of catalogs and price lists.

CRMC-DMSP reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in CRMC-DMSP, the Student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.
