CATALOGS AND PRICE LISTS. Catalogs and price lists shall be provided in accordance with the terms of the Master Contract and will be made available to Authorized Users and posted publicly on the OGS website at the Contract Award page for Award 23251. Upon request, Contractor shall also assist Authorized Users in the use of such documents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where an Authorized User does not have the capability to access Contract information electronically, it shall be the Contractor’s responsibility, upon Authorized User request, to furnish, without charge, Contract pricelists pursuant to the Contract, to Authorized Users who request them. Contract pricelists may be furnished to Authorized Users in either hard-copy or electronic format. If available in both formats, they shall be furnished in the format preferred by the requesting Authorized User. Upon request, the Contractor shall assist Authorized Users in the use of Contract pricelists.

CATALOGS AND PRICE LISTS. Catalogs and piece lists shall be provided in accordance with terms of the Master Contract. Price list changes must be submitted to the Primary Designated Contact listed above only after those changes have been approved by the Oklahoma NASPO ValuePoint (or State of Oklahoma). Changes to the Master Contract price list will not become effective for purposes of this Piggyback Contract until they are approved, in whole or in part, by OGS and posted on the OGS website. Upon request, Contractor shall also assist Authorized Users in the use of such documents.

  • Catalog Information about Hawthorn University is published in a school catalog that contains a description of certain policies, procedures, and other information about the school. Hawthorn University reserves the right to change any provision of the catalog at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated in a revised catalog, an addendum or supplement to the catalog, or other written format. Students are expected to read and be familiar with the information contained in the school catalog, in any revisions, supplements and addenda to the catalog, and with all school policies. By enrolling in Hawthorn University, the student agrees to abide by the terms stated in the catalog and all school policies.

  • Price List A price list of routine services that are normal and customary must be attached to this agreement (i.e., pressure check, safety/leak seek test, regulator replacement, after hours/same day/non-routine delivery, and other).

  • Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Accuracy of Orders; Customer Signatures You shall be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of any orders transmitted by you on behalf of your customers by any means, including wire or telephone. In addition, you agree to guarantee the signatures of your customers when such guarantee is required by the Company and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless all persons, including us and the Funds’ transfer agent, from and against any and all loss, cost, damage or expense suffered or incurred in reliance upon such signature guarantee.

  • Changes in Equipment, Systems, Etc USBFS reserves the right to make changes from time to time, as it deems advisable, relating to its systems, programs, rules, operating schedules and equipment, so long as such changes do not adversely affect the services provided to the Trust under this Agreement.

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such. Current ordering process and administrative fees apply. Hot List Pricing must be published and made available to all Participating Entities.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

  • Changes to Specifications All Specifications and any changes thereto agreed to by the parties from time to time shall be in writing, dated and signed by the parties. Any change to the Process shall be deemed a Specification change. No change in the Specifications shall be implemented by Catalent, whether requested by Client or requested or required by any Regulatory Authority, until the parties have agreed in writing to such change, the implementation date of such change, and any increase or decrease in costs, expenses or fees associated with such change (including any change to Unit Pricing). Catalent shall respond promptly to any request made by Client for a change in the Specifications, and both parties shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to agree to the terms of such change in a timely manner. As soon as possible after a request is made for any change in Specifications, Catalent shall notify Client of the costs associated with such change and shall provide such supporting documentation as Client may reasonably require. Client shall pay all costs associated with such agreed upon changes. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Specifications, this Agreement shall control. Catalent reserves the right to postpone effecting changes to the Specifications until such time as the parties agree to and execute the required written amendment.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Minimum Customer Support Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall provide timely and commercially reasonable support for TIPS Sales or as agreed to in the applicable Supplemental Agreement.
