Time Sheets. 16.01 The Employer shall provide time records to enable employees to record their required hours worked for payroll purposes.
16.02 Time records shall be retained by the Employer for a minimum of three (3) years in the event verification is required as to hours worked or paid and shall be made available to the Union upon request in conjunction with a grievance.
Time Sheets. The Co-operative shall provide time sheets to enable employees to record their own time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record the time they start and finish work and such other recordings as may be required by the Co-operative. Time sheets shall be made available to the Union for examination upon request.
Time Sheets. 16.01 The Employer shall provide time sheets to enable employees to record their required hours worked for payroll purposes. Where available and is in current practice, the Employer may provide an electronic version of the timesheets as part of the payroll system.

Time Sheets. Employees must accurately complete and return their time sheets at a time nominated by the Company. In cases where the Employee fails to provide a time sheet, payment will be made based on the Employee/s standard working week without any allowances or loadings. This will be adjusted when the time sheets are received in the following week’s pay.
Time Sheets. Where monetary changes are made to Payroll time sheets, the employee will be provided with written documentation of the reasons for the changes.
Time Sheets. 3.1.1 At the end of each week of an Assignment (or at the end of the Assignment where it is for a period of one week or less or is completed before the end of a week) the Flexible Employee shall deliver to the Employment Business a time sheet duly completed to indicate all the hours worked during the preceding week for all employment agencies and employers and signed daily by the authorised representative of the Client(s). The Driver’s Declaration must be signed by the Flexible Employee unless the Flexible Employee is unable to agree the declaration, in which case information must be provided to indicate the reason for not signing.
3.1.2 Subject to clause 3.1.3 The Employment Business shall pay the Flexible Employee for all the hours worked for the Company regardless of whether the Employment Business has received payment from the Client for those hours.
Time Sheets.
a) The Employer shall provide a system to enable employees to record their time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record their own time at the time they start and finish work, and the time they commence and return from meal periods, and such other recordings as may be required by the Employer. The Employer may elect to introduce other forms of time recording for payroll purposes and prior to doing so, shall meet with the Union in advance to advise of any changes. The Company shall not use personal information obtained for any reason other than that of time recording for payroll purposes or door access.
b) In the event the time to be paid is less than the time recorded, the employee shall be advised. An employee, who for any reason fails to record all time worked in the manner required by this Article shall be penalized upon written authorization from the Union as follows:
i) 1st violation - three (3) days’ suspension without pay.
ii) 2nd violation - one (1) week’s suspension without pay. Suspension shall be implemented within one
(1) month of notification to do so, unless a longer period is mutually agreed upon by the Union and the Employer; or in the event that the requested suspension becomes subject to the grievance procedure.
iii) 3rd violation - two (2) weeks’ suspension without pay.
Time Sheets. 23.1 An Employee, whose time sheet is altered in the department concerned, shall be advised of the alteration in writing. If the Employee is not in agreement that the alteration is justified, the matter shall be settled through the Grievance Procedure.
Time Sheets. 1. The employment agency informs the agency worker about the way in which hours worked are recorded. This time sheet contains the number of normal, premium and/or overtime hours and is recorded in writing.
2. The time sheet must be completed truthfully. The agency worker has access to the original time sheet and receives a copy thereof upon request.
3. In the event of a dispute over time sheets, the burden of proof regarding the number of hours worked lies with the employment agency.
