Common use of Catastrophe Counselling Clause in Contracts

Catastrophe Counselling. If within the Operative Time five or more Insured Persons sustain Bodily Injury resulting in death or Loss of Limb(s) or Loss of Sight or Loss of Hearing or Loss of Speech or Permanent Total Disablement or Permanent Partial Disablement or Temporary Total Disablement or Temporary Partial Disablement in one Event on the Insured’s Premises the Company shall indemnify the Insured for fees charged by a trauma counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy or equivalent body in the Insured Person’s Country of Permanent Residence for up to five one hour sessions of counselling for Employees who were present and witnessed the Event that lead to the Bodily Injury of the Insured Persons.
