War Sample Clauses
War. War includes the following and any conse- quence of any of the following:
a. Undeclared war, civil war, insurrection, rebellion or revolution;
b. Warlike act by a military force or military personnel; or
c. Destruction, seizure or use for a military purpose.
War. War means war, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities or warlike operations (whether war be declared or not), civil war, mutiny, revolution, rebellion, insurrection, uprising, military or usurped power or confiscation by order of any public authority or government de jure or de facto or martial law but not including terrorism.
War. If the country of registration of the Vessel becomes involved in war (whether or not declared) or civil war or is occupied by any other power and the Facility Agent reasonably considers that, as a result, the security conferred by the Facility Security Documents is materially prejudiced; or
War. WE DO NOT INSURE claims arising directly or indirectly from any invasion, war or civil war, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, military force or usurped power or by operation of armed forces while engaged in hostilities, whether war is declared or not. This exclusion applies whether or not there is another cause or occurrence (whether covered or not) that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the occasioning of the loss or damage.
War. (a) war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations (whether war be declared or not), civil war.
(b) mutiny, civil commotion assuming the proportions of or amounting to a popular rising, military rising, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, military or usurped power, or any act of any person acting on behalf of or in connection with any organization with activities directed towards the overthrow by force of the Government de jure or de facto or to the influencing of it by terrorism or violence.
War. This means undeclared war, civil war, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, warlike act by a military force or military personnel, or destruction, seizure or use of property for a military purpose. It includes any consequence of any of these. Discharge of a nuclear weapon shall be deemed a warlike act even if accidental.
War. This clause reprints BIMCO CONWARTIME 93 except for strikeouts of subclause (d)(i),(ii) and (e) which are addressed by clause 5.5.
(a) For the purpose of this clause, the words:
War any act of war, whether declared or not, hostile or warlike action in time of peace or war, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, civil war or hijacking;
War. This policy does not cover any total loss caused by war, invasion (whether or not war is declared), revolution, military force, acts of terrorism or other hostile events, unless we must provide cover under the Road Traffic Acts.
