Catastrophic Time Bank. A. If an employee is catastrophically ill or injured, or if the spouse, child or any person residing in the immediate household of such an employee becomes catastrophically ill or injured, employees shall be allowed to donate an unlimited amount of CTO, PLP, holiday credits, or vacation credits, or any other compensable leave credits, per individual case, with the Appointing Authority’s approval, in accordance with departmental policies and under the following conditions:
