CATEGORIES FOR CONSIDERATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES. 2.1 When performing functions that fall under the following Environmental categories on BellSouth’s Premises, TelCove agrees to comply with the applicable sections of the current issue of BellSouth's Environmental and Safety Methods and Procedures (M&Ps), incorporated herein by this reference. TelCove further agrees to cooperate with BellSouth to ensure that TelCove's employees, agents, and/or suppliers are knowledgeable of and satisfy those provisions of BellSouth’s Environmental M&Ps which apply to the specific Environmental function being performed by TelCove, its employees, agents and/or suppliers.

TelCove ALCALL further agrees to cooperate with BellSouth to ensure that TelCoveALCALL's employees, agents, and/or suppliers are knowledgeable of and satisfy those provisions of BellSouth’s Environmental M&Ps which apply to the specific Environmental function being performed by TelCoveALCALL, its employees, agents and/or suppliers.
