Common use of Category Changes Clause in Contracts

Category Changes. When a course or courses which result in a category change have been completed before September 1, and when relevant documents are submitted to the Board on or before December 31, the salary adjustment shall be retroactive to September 1. If the documents are not available for submission to the Board prior to December 31 the salary adjustment shall be retroactive to September 1 provided notification is made prior to December 31 of the Member's intention to submit the said documents.
