Category IB Special - Preliminary Territorial Description. An area of approximately twenty four square miles (24 sq. mi.) situated south of the Great Whale River comprising all the land delimited by the following geometrical segments, topographical features and other boundaries: "Commencing immediately to the west of Walton Point at the point of intersection with the meridian 77' 51' west of a line parallel to the high-water mark of the coast of Xxxxxx Bay and distant inland from it two hundred feet (200 ft.); in a direction due south a distance of thirteen thousand feet (13000 ft.); in a direction due east a distance of forty-one thousand feet (41 000 ft.); in a direction due north, a distance of approximately nineteen thousand feet (1 9 000 ft.) to a point situated two hundred feet (200 ft.) south of the high-water mark of the Great Whale River; in a direction generally west and southwest, a line parallel to and distant inland two hundred feet (200 ft.) from the high-water mark of the south bank of the Great Whale River and the coast of Xxxxxx Bay to the point of commencement."
