Preliminary Schedule definition

Preliminary Schedule means the preliminary Project schedule in Exhibit C.

Preliminary Schedule means the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Preliminary Schedule the estimated consolidated balance sheet of the Acquired Companies, as of the Closing Date, which shall be prepared on the same basis and using accounting principles, practices and methods consistent with those used to prepare the Pro Forma Year End Balance Sheet, and which shall detail all of the assets and liabilities of the Acquired Companies required to calculate the Tangible Net Worth Difference Estimate, attached hereto as Part 1.2(b) of the Schedule.
