CBM MOORING EQUIPMENT. Owner warrants that the Vessels shall comply with the following requirements throughout the duration of this Time Charter, except as noted otherwise below: The Vessels have a minimum of 6 mooring lines or mooring wires mounted on winches as described below. Each of these mooring lines or wires shall have a minimum length of 200 meters. Charterer has the right to supplement the Vessels’ mooring lines as necessary.
