Common use of CCSC and/or CRSU SHIFT BIDDING Clause in Contracts

CCSC and/or CRSU SHIFT BIDDING. After one (1) year of service at his or her current field office, CCO’s will be permitted to bid on shift assignments on the basis of seniority, subject to the operating needs of the Department. Shift bidding will take place on September 1, 1994, and every 6 months thereafter. For purposes of this section, seniority is defined as the length of continuous classified Departmental service.
