CDL Random Alcohol Testing. No more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the employees shall be tested in any year. Employees shall be tested in accordance with the FHWA's drug and alcohol testing rules. Employees may be tested just prior to, during, or just after performing SSF's. Employees shall not be tested during their off-duty hours, except as set forth above. A copy of the calendar year summary as required by law shall be provided to the president of C.L.A.S.S.
