CDL Random Controlled Substance Testing. No more than fifty percent (50%) of the employees shall be tested in any year. Employees shall be tested in accordance with the FHWA's drug and alcohol testing rules. Employees may be tested just prior to, during, or just after performing SSF's, Employees shall not be tested during their off-duty hours, except as set forth above. The cost of a split-specimen test shall be paid by the Board. A copy of the calendar year summary as required by law shall be provided to the President of C.L.A.S.S.
