CDSP Liability to Customers. (a) Subject to Clauses 12.1 and 12.2(b), as between the CDSP and Customers, the CDSP shall have no liability to any Customer for any loss, damage, cost or harm whatsoever and whether in contract, tort, negligence, for wilful default or otherwise arising under or in connection with the DSC, the performance of the DSC or the DSC Services, UK Link or the performance of UK Link.
