Common use of CEA Rights Clause in Contracts

CEA Rights. 8 The CEA has the right to request and to receive public information from the District at no charge 9 concerning: 10 • tentative District budgeting requirements and allocations; 11 • monthly revenue and expenditure reports, and other supplementary documents or materials 12 used at Board meetings; 13 • agendas and minutes of all Board meetings; 14 • student enrollment and membership data; 16 • public information concerning teacher's assignments, rates of pay, and with regard to substitutes, 17 the number of days worked; 18 • other information which may be necessary for the CEA to fulfill its responsibilities under RCW 19 41.59 (collective bargaining law) and other articles of this Agreement.
