Agreement Printing / Distribution. 3 Within fifteen (15) days after the ratification of the Agreement by both parties, the District will 4 prepare the Agreement for printing. The document will be furnished to the CEA for review 5 before being printed. Such review will be completed within five (5) days. Ratified and Board 6 approved CBA and MOUs and corresponding documents shall be posted as a searchable PDF to 7 the district website within ten (10) business days of completed review and signed by CEA and 8 District representatives. The agreement shall be sent by electronic form to any teacher requesting 9 the document. 10 Following the printing of the Agreement, two (2) physical copies shall be delivered to the CEA 11 President(s).

  • Printing and Distribution The School District will, at its own expense, print sufficient copies of this Agreement for present and new employees.

  • Printing Agreement The Board shall print and provide copies of this Agreement to all teachers within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed. This Agreement shall also be presented to every teacher employed hereafter. All costs of printing will be paid by the Board.
