Cell Phones and Reporting with Pager. Employees in positions where stand-by is required all year round as per article 19.04 a) iii) A) shall be supplied with a cell phone while assigned to stand-by in order to respond to stand-by calls. Employees on stand-by on a short term basis as per article 19.04 a) iii) B) shall be supplied with a pager for their stand-by period and any employee supplied with a pager must report by telephone within fifteen (15) minutes of being paged.
