Common use of Center Clause in Contracts

Center. The term "Center" (collectively referred to as "Centers") shall mean any office space, clinic, facility, including satellite facilities, that Business Manager shall own or lease or otherwise procure for the use of PC, as allowed by law, in the provision of Dental Services pursuant to this Management Services Agreement.
