CenturyLink Responsibilities. For NMS, CenturyLink will provide Customer with a nonexclusive service engineer team, which will maintain a Customer profile for the portion of the Customer’s network where the devices covered by NMS reside. CenturyLink will work with Customer to facilitate resolution of service affecting issues with Select Management or Comprehensive Management.
