Common use of CEO Resolution Clause in Contracts

CEO Resolution. If the chief financial officer of either Licensor or Licensee declares an impasse then within thirty (30) days after receipt of the Dispute Notice or as soon thereafter as practicable, the respective chief executive officers of Licensor and Licensee shall meet in person at a mutually acceptable time and place, and thereafter as often as they reasonably deem necessary, to attempt in good faith to resolve the Dispute.
