CERES ACTIVITIES. 2.1.1 High throughput cloning (HTPC): Selection and construction of genes, transformation of Agrobacterium cells, delivery of constructs to ICS in Agrobacterium (or transgenic seeds) and quality control of the HTPC pipeline on a quarterly basis. 2.1.1.1 Generate construct tracking numbers for all constructs, e.g. CW00001. 2.1.1.2 List of target traits or predicted phenotype for each construct.
