IT Support. Customer requires a client-to-site connection to the Flextronics facility be available at all times to monitor production test equipment and to troubleshoot any potential problems. Flextronics shall provide a static internet connection, through which Customer can tunnel via a secure protocol such as VPN. Enphase shall provide pre-configured equipment for installation at the Flextronics facilities.
IT Support. Eurex Clearing shall be obligated to support the Contractual Party regarding technical questions or problems with Clearing EDP as well as changes concerning the technical connection on a business day of Eurex Clearing between 7 a.m. and 11.30p.m.
IT Support. KTI shall support the Buyer, or the external provider, for the duration of the Term, with regard to an uninterrupted transfer of the business of KHT to the Buyer. This support is limited to the currently running IT operation and does not extend to any enhancements or modifications of the current/transferred systems other than those requested by the Buyer and for which the Buyer shall pay.

Our jurisdiction is already compliant. We do not need $600 for IT support. Our jurisdiction needs funds to obtain or maintain IT support. We do need IT support and are requesting $600 to secure IT support.
IT Support. During the Employment Term, the Company will provide reasonable IT equipment and support for Executive that is comparable to that provided historically by the Company to Executive. The Company also will provide comparable support during any applicable Severance Period, but only for so long as Executive provides reasonable transition support during the Severance Period (which support may be provided remotely and on a reasonable, as needed basis).
IT Support. From and after the Effective Date, ERS shall provide software and technical assistance to the Company which are reasonably necessary to enable the Company to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement by allowing the Company's information systems to communicate and exchange data with ERS's and BMS's information systems to a degree and in a manner mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Such software and technical assistance will enable secure information flow among the Parties with respect to clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, marketing and sales information. It is understood that such software and technical assistance shall not include providing any hardware necessary for the Company to permit such information flow or incurring the costs associated with such hardware by ERS. ERS and BMS shall be responsible for all costs they incur in connection with providing the foregoing software and technical assistance to the Company, which Confidential treatment requested by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Bristol-Myers Squibb Biologics Xxxxxxx xxx XmClone Systems Incorpxxxxxx.

Supplier shall provide a static internet connection, through which Enphase can tunnel via a secure protocol such as VPN. Enphase shall, at its discretion and to the extent required in Enphase’s sole opinion, provide pre- configured equipment for installation at the Supplier facilities. Supplier will also ensure that it complies with the requirements in Exhibit H with respect to information security of Enphase Data (as defined in the Exhibit G).
IT Support. 5.4.1 DVSA is committed to delivering a ‘digital, data and technology strategy’ which makes the most of the advantages which digital services can provide by continuously improving the user experience, increasing efficiency and reducing costs. Those same aspirations will be applied to the services offered to and on behalf of TCs. They will allow staff and TCs to work efficiently, providing reliable connectivity and remote access to applications. It is important that in reaching any decision on technology solutions DVSA has regard for its relationship with TCs and the users of their services particularly when seeking to reduce complexity in the IT architecture and technical code. This Service Level Agreement recognises the following principles: 5.4.2 DVSA will ensure that TCs and DTCs are properly equipped with computer equipment and up to date software applications and training required to fully carry out their statutory functions efficiently and effectively. 5.4.3 DVSA will ensure that all staff are properly equipped with computer equipment and software applications and training required to fully deliver the required quality and efficiency of service to the TCs. 5.4.4 The existing operator licensing IT system, Vehicle Operator Licensing (VOL) is developed and managed in accordance with the principles of HMG Security Policy Framework and the MoU agreed between DVSA and TCs. DVSA will ensure sufficient resource is provided to support the continuous improvement of the VOL Service and to ensure it continues to meet Government Digital Service requirements and the requirements under the Framework Agreement. 5.4.5 Access to an electronic legal library will be provided containing case reports and legal research tools.
IT Support. Between June 30 and August 31, 2016, Houston and Chicago shall work together in good faith using commercially reasonable efforts and an open books approach, to the extent permitted by Law, to agree upon the material financial terms and conditions (including with respect to pricing, pricing methodology, savings, service level and productivity commitments) of a managed services information technology transaction pursuant to which Chicago will provide services to Houston over a five year term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at any time after the date hereof, at the request of Houston, Chicago will agree to provide required IT outsourcing services to Houston on a mutually agreed upon, fully transparent cost plus basis for a mutually agreed period of time.
