Data Formats. Prescribe data formats for recording phenotyping results, assay results and data transfer (ANNEX II).
Data Formats. 11.1. The Client agrees to Vital Dev’s definition of acceptable means of supplying data to Vital Dev. 11.2. Images must be of a quality suitable for use without any subsequent image processing, and Vital Dev will not be held responsible for any resultant image quality. Images must be of a quality suitable for use and Jamio Creations will not be held responsible for any image quality which the Client later deems to be unacceptable. Jamio Creations cannot be held responsible for the quality of any images which the client wishes to be scanned from printed materials. Additional expenses may be incurred for any necessary action, including, but not limited to, photography and art direction, photography searches, media conversion, digital image processing, or data entry services. The customer agrees to supply Jamio Creations with all necessary materials, electronic, or otherwise, required to create and complete the project, and to supply them in a timely manner.

Text is to be supplied to Whitespace in electronic format as standard text (.txt), rich text format (.rtf), MS Word (.doc), or via email, Wetransfer (if files are too large to email), or uploaded to Dropbox. Images which are supplied in an electronic format, are to be provided in a format as prescribed by Whitespace via email, Wetransfer (if files are too large to email), or uploaded to Dropbox. Images must be of a quality suitable for use without any subsequent image processing, and Whitespace will not be held responsible for any image quality which the Client later deems to be unacceptable. Whitespace cannot be held responsible for the quality of any images which the Client wishes to be scanned from printed materials. Additional expenses may be incurred for any necessary action, including, but not limited to, photography and art direction, photography searches, media conversion, digital image processing, or data entry services.
Data FormatsWith respect to Software which has such capability, when Licensor provides the tools, training or assistance to Licensee to create new or modify existing forms, report formats, screen files, system tables, plans of care and other methods for recording and reporting information (collectively, “Data Formats”), it is Licensor’s policy to share such Data Formats with other customers for their mutual benefit by including them (when possible and useful) in the Software files in the Software and Software updates and upgrades licensed to other licensees. Licensee hereby agrees to this policy and grants permission and a worldwide, unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free license to Licensor to so provide such Data Formats to Licensor’s other licensees at Licensor’s discretion with the Licensee having no right or claims whatsoever thereto.

FDC cannot be held responsible for the quality of any images which the Client wishes to be scanned from printed materials. Additional expenses may be incurred for any necessary action, including, but not limited to, photography and art direction, photography searches, media conversion, digital image processing, or data entry services, colour correction and alteration of images FDC cannot be held responsible for any project over-runs especially those caused by slips in information provision. Estimated project duration should be deemed to be from the date that cleared funds are received by FDC for the initial payment or by the date confirmed in writing by FDC.
Data Formats. All data exchanged between customer and the Invoice Portal SFTP server will be in compliance with the XML (eXtensible Markup Language) and all data transmission must comply with the XSD (eXtensible Schema Design) files defined. The XSD files provide the technical definition of the data provision and define the technical content rules for the file content. OGS reserves the right to post Authorized User Contract usage of Centralized Contracts. For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses. All travel will be paid only as specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with the associated services on the same Invoice with receipts attached. Parking fees and/or parking tickets shall not be paid by an Authorized User.   • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Software Updates XXXXX agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by XXXXX governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.
