Certain Agreements of the Company and Members. 10.1 Financial Reports and Access to Information. With respect to each calendar year, the Board shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and deliver, or cause to be delivered, to each Member such federal, state and local income tax returns and such other accounting, tax information and schedules as shall be necessary for the preparation by each Member on or before June 15 following the end of each calendar year of its income tax return with respect to such year. 10.2
