Certain Duties to Seller. Servicer shall, as soon as practicable following receipt, turn over to Seller (i) that portion of Collections of Pool Receivables representing its undivided interest therein, less the Seller's Share of the Servicer's Fee, and (ii) the Collections of any Receivable which is not a Pool Receivable. Seller hereby directs Servicer to pay any Collections of any Reconveyed Receivable directly to the related Originator to be applied pursuant to the Purchase Agreement. Servicer shall, as soon as practicable upon demand, deliver to Seller copies of documents, instruments and records in its possession that evidence or relate to Pool Receivables.
