Common use of Certificate of Chief Financial Officer Clause in Contracts

Certificate of Chief Financial Officer. At the time of the execution of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received a certificate dated the date hereof and signed by the chief financial officer of the Company, in his capacity as such, with respect to certain financial and accounting information contained in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representatives.

Certificate of Chief Financial Officer. At On the time of the execution date of this Agreement, the Representatives shall have received a written certificate dated the date hereof and signed by the chief financial officer of the Company, in his capacity as such, with respect to certain financial and accounting information contained Chief Financial Officer of the Company substantially in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representativesof Annex A hereto.
