Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.
Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones: 6.1 Substantial Site work completed. On or before December 31, 2020 Interconnection Customer must demonstrate completion of at least 20% of project site construction. At this time, Interconnection Customer must submit to Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider initial drawings, certified by a professional engineer, of the Customer Interconnection Facilities. 6.2 Delivery of major electrical equipment. On or before December 31, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate that all generating units have been delivered to Interconnection Customer’s project site.
Project/Milestones Taxpayer provides refrigerated warehousing and logistic distribution services to clients throughout the United States. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to invest in a new refrigeration and distribution facility in the XxXxxxxxx Park area of Sacramento, California, and hire full-time employees (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit A (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of full-time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the full-time employees hired within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by Taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, the salary of any full-time employee hired to fill a vacated position in which a full-time employee was employed during Taxpayer’s Base Year shall be disregarded.
Date of Completion The Developer must ensure that the Developer’s Works reach Completion on or before the date or milestone referred to in clause 1 of Schedule 3 of this document.
Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.
Milestone Schedule Please state the status and progress of each Milestone and identify any completed Milestone(s) for the previous calendar quarter.
Certificate of Compliance The Servicer shall deliver to the Note Issuer, the Note Trustee, the Certificate Trustee and the Rating Agencies on or before March 31 of each year, commencing March 31, 2006 to and including the March 31 succeeding the Retirement of the Notes, an Officer’s Certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto (a “Certificate of Compliance”), stating that: (i) a review of the activities of the Servicer during the twelve months ended the preceding December 31 (or, in the case of the first Certificate of Compliance to be delivered on or before March 31, 2006, the period of time from the date of this Agreement until December 31, 2005) and of its performance under this Agreement has been made under such Responsible Officer’s supervision, and (ii) to the best of such Responsible Officer’s knowledge, based on such review, the Servicer has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement in all material respects throughout such twelve months (or, in the case of the Certificate of Compliance to be delivered on or before March 31, 2006, the period of time from the date of this Agreement until December 31, 2005), or, if there has been a failure to fulfill any such obligation in any material respect, specifying each such failure known to such Responsible Officer and the nature and status thereof.
Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Notice of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall notify the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner in writing when it has completed construction of (i) the Customer Facility;
Certificate of Substantial Completion The Date of Substantial Completion of the Work or designated portion thereof is the Date certified by the City when construction is sufficiently complete, in accordance with the Contract Documents, so the City of Roanoke, Virginia (City or Owner) can occupy or utilize the Work or designated portion thereof for the use for which it is intended, as expressed in the Contract Documents. A list of items ("punch list"), prepared by the A/E and/or Director, Department of Public Works, to be completed or corrected by the Contractor, is attached hereto. The failure to include any items on such list does not alter the responsibility of the Contractor to complete all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor will complete any portion of the Work that is not substantially complete and will complete or correct the work on the punch list in accordance with the Contract Documents. The establishment of a date of substantial completion and/or the acceptance of the Work or designated portion thereof does not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for any faulty materials or workmanship or operate to relieve the Contractor or its Surety from any obligation under the Contract with the City or the Performance Bond or Labor and Material Payment Bond. This Certificate is subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, including but not limited to Section 20.8 of the General Conditions.
